Real Estate Buzz: Selig finds a building he doesn’t like

Martin Selig will be the first to tell you there is nothing he enjoys more than developing office buildings. So it's interesting that he thinks the city should pull the plug on plans for a building on part of the block where the Public Safety Building once stood.
Selig outlined his suggestion in a letter to Mayor Greg Nickels Monday. "There are times when you see a site for an office building that you realize this is not what should happen. A site like this is the block west of our beautiful new City Hall. This site should become a park," he wrote.
