The Kirkland City Council has given a boost to developers working on a major expansion to revive Totem Lake Mall.
Coventry Real Estate Advisors and Developers Diversified Realty acquired the 26-acre property last year for $34 million. They want to turn the 290,000-square-foot mall into a regional center. Earlier this year, their plan was to develop 840,000 square feet of retail, entertainment, office space and housing.
