One of the region's most desirable development properties — the Casey Family Programs' site on the west side of Lake Union — is on the verge of being sold, and the buyer looks to be CarrAmerica.
That's what several sources tell us. We called CarrAmerica for confirmation or denial, but got only a no comment. Pacific Real Estate Partners' Bill Pollard and Stuart Williams, who are marketing the property, were not immediately available.
