Real Estate Buzz: Puget Sound retail market one to watch

The Puget Sound region ranks third in this year’s “Top 10 Markets to Watch” for retail nationwide, according to an Irvine, Calif.-based commercial real estate brokerage.
Sperry Van Ness says the region, especially Seattle, will see rising rents and falling vacancies. It also predicts demand will remain strong for retail properties here.
