Kemper Freeman and his wife have purchased a condo in his Lincoln Square project in Bellevue.
Freeman, CEO and chairman of Kemper Development Co., is 64. His kids are grown and it just seemed like the right time, he said. "We're at the point that it suits our lifestyle."
