Fred Meyer will anchor $45M lifestyle center in Maple Valley

Developer Peter Powell said Maple Valley Town Square should start early next year.

The Kroger Co. has approved a Fred Meyer store to anchor a new $45 million lifestyle center in Maple Valley, according to a city official and the developer, Powell Development Co.
