Project description: This is the final phase of construction of a whole barracks complex. The work includes construction of a multi-story synthetic stucco and brick-faced barracks and administrative facility. The barracks is three stories and 112,900 square feet, with room to accommodate 300 people. The large company operations facility is a two-story, 10,000-square-foot building; the medium computer operations facility is a two-story, 11,600-square foot-structure; and the brigade headquarters is two stories and 11,600 square feet. The buildings feature non-combustible construction with braced structural steel frames and load bearing steel studs, synthetic roofing tile and EPDM membrane roofing systems, dual-fuel hot water based radiator and fan coil heating systems, domestic hot and cold water plumbing, lighting, fire and intrusion detection alarm systems, and electrical and telecommunications system improvements.
