Real Estate Buzz: Real estate sales spigot is opening

City Center Plaza, Beacon Capital Partners' 26-story office tower in downtown Bellevue, is again under contract. And again it's believed that the anticipated sales price of $310 million, or nearly $543 per square foot, will approach the record for the Puget Sound region's office market.
Gary Danklefsen, managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle's Seattle office, shared the news in a presentation about the state of the capital markets this week to the Seattle Mortgage Brokers Association.
