Multifamily company Legacy Partners Residential is switching gears, from stressing apartment development to apartment buying, a company official said.
The Foster City, Calif,-based firm, which operates in the western United States, has developed a number of Puget Sound region apartment projects in recent years. They include the 319-unit River Park in Redmond and the 248-unit Pratt Park in Seattle, both of which opened this year.
