Nearly completed condo project at 1st & Bell set for auction in March

Saltaire Construction started work on the 34-unit Volta in the fall of 2007 and planned to open it in September of 2008.

One of the last downtown Seattle condo buildings to start construction before the market tanked will be sold in a foreclosure auction if a loan on the nearly completed property isn't made current.
