New plan for project on Queen Anne Hill

  • Emerald Bay Equity says it hopes to start construction on a mixed-use apartment complex in the first quarter of next year.

    Emerald Bay Equity has changed a project it has planned for a site on top of Queen Anne Hill into a mixed-use apartment complex, and hopes to start construction during the first quarter of next year.

    The project is called Seven Hills and is part of an assemblage called The Collection on Queen Anne, at 1911-19 Queen Anne Ave. N., in the heart of the upscale neighborhood.
