An Arizona entrepreneur who plans to open as many as 10 restaurants in the Puget Sound region over the next two years could be the first in a wave of new restaurant operators, according to a Seattle commercial real estate broker.
One factor driving Arizona restaurateur Roger Aceituno is Arizona's new immigration law, which he said is damaging that state's economy. It was already weak and it's getting worse now with some groups boycotting the state, said Aceituno.
