Selig wants housing near sculpture park

Developer Martin Selig has decided to build housing next to Olympic Sculpture Park.

Martin Selig Real Estate initially was going to build a tall apartment tower next to Seattle's Olympic Sculpture Park. Then it switched to a shorter office building. Now it's back to housing, though only about one third the height of the 25-story apartment building he proposed years ago.
