SEATTLE — The developer of a large mixed-use project on Seattle's Capitol Hill has applied for a master-use permit and says construction could begin in early 2011.
A joint venture of SRM Development and R.D. Merrill Co., is proposing a 235-apartment project with 16,000 square feet of retail, 7,000 square feet of office/commercial and 250 underground parking stalls. A Bank of America branch now occupies the site, which is at 235 Broadway E.
