Realogics Brokerage in Seattle joined Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates' luxury real estate network. It is owned by Dean and Stacy Jones, and now does business as Realogics Sotheby's International Realty. Sam Cunningham is designated broker and co-owner. The firm is moving to a Belltown retail building it owns at 2715 First Ave. It has 17 sales associates, including Moira E. Holley and James H. Stroupe, co-founders of the company's Resale division.
