Neighbors OK expansion for Children's Hospital

Seattle Children's Hospital and neighbors in the Laurelhurst community have settled a dispute that would let the hospital to go ahead with an expansion.

The settlement presented Wednesday to the Seattle City Council would allow the 250-bed hospital to expand to 600 beds.
