Grinnell Group to build two hotels

AUBURN — Two hotel developers recently awarded construction contracts to The Grinnell Group, which has offices in Auburn and Vancouver.

The contracts are for a 47,800-square-foot Best Western Atrea hotel in Lacey for Keum and Sang Jae Woo, and a 45,800-square-foot La Quinta Inn in Arlington for N&P Hotel Corp. The hotels are valued at $8.5 million and $8.3 million, respectively.
