Compass will build 80 units for homeless people in Ballard

Compass Housing Alliance expects to start construction in late fall on an 80-unit apartment complex in Ballard that will house chronically homeless men and women.

Weinstein A|U is designing the project at 1753 N.W. 56th St., a block off Market Street.
