Apartment market improving: NMHC

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The apartment market nationally is showing signs of improvement, the National Multi Housing Council said in a news release.

The organization's latest quarterly survey of 53 executives of apartment companies nationwide showed increased sales and more availability of debt and equity capital compared with three months ago.
