Law firm to settle in Sunwest lawsuit

SALEM, Ore. (AP) — A tentative settlement has been reached in a lawsuit filed against a law firm that represented an affiliate of Sunwest Management Inc., one of the largest senior-living chains in the nation.

Michael Grassmueck, a court-appointed receiver involved in efforts to reorganize Sunwest, had sued the firm of Davis Wright Tremaine in federal court.
