Kundig-designed lofts: Justen tries bulk sales

The exterior colors of Eleven Eleven are meant to recall vintage 1920s automobiles. The neighborhood was once home to auto dealerships and car parts businesses.

The Justen Co. is trying the bulk sales strategy to sell a third of the units at a new condominium project on Capitol Hill, Eleven Eleven East Pike.
