Home prices here up 5.3% from May

SEATTLE — The median selling price of a King County single-family home was $395,000 in June, down nearly 12.2 percent from a year earlier, but up 5.3 percent from May, according to the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.

The median selling price of a condo in the county was $249,000 in June, down 15.6 percent from a year earlier and 7.9 percent from May.
