BlackRock offers to sell First & Stewart Building

Marketing materials tout the building’s location near Pike Place Market and its minimal exposure to near-term lease roll-overs.

Last week New York-based BlackRock Realty Advisors put up for sale the 90,700-square-foot First & Stewart Building, just after two other downtown Seattle office buildings hit the market.
