Home prices here down 7.2% in Dec.

SEATTLE — The median sales price of a King County single-family home was $403,500 in December, down 7.2 percent from a year earlier, according to the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.

The median sales price of a Seattle single-family home was $436,750 in December, down 3.9 percent from December of 2007.
