Federal Way church gets OK for helipad

FEDERAL WAY (AP) — A city hearing examiner has approved a helicopter landing pad for a Federal Way church.

It would allow Pastors Casey and Wendy Treat to fly between the Christian Faith Center and its Everett campus. Unless neighbors appeal to the city council, Monday's decision will become final.
