Bremerton getting 66 new condos

    Groundbreaking on a 66-unit condominium project marks the first construction of new residences on the Bremerton waterfront in nearly 20 years.

    Site clearing and grading has begun for the $19 million Bremerton Waterfront Condominiums at 400 Washington Ave., developed by Mark Goldberg, president of M.S. Cavoad Co.
