Shaw hired Dave Alford as regional vice president for the West, responsible for operations in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Arizona and California. Alford has more than 20 years of experience and specializes in profit/loss management, client and business development, acquisitions, consulting, strategic planning and personnel management. The firm also promoted Kent Kading to vice president of National Practice Program services, comprising core environmental, health and safety consulting, and engineering services. Kading has been with the firm for more than 15 years and has served as the auditing and compliance NPP leader for the past six years.
