Is there a project that was completed in 2017 that stands out?
The DJC is holding the 2017 Building of the Year contest, and we'd like your help.
We're putting together a list of candidates and want your suggestions. Here are some projects on our list: UW Nanoengineering & Sciences Building, Madison Centre, Kinects Tower and WSU Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center.
Click here to make your nomination. To be eligible, projects must have been completed in 2017.
The DJC will create a final list, and then readers will vote.
The architect, general contractor and owner of the winning building will each get a commemorative plaque, and the DJC will have a drawing to pick one voter to win an Amazon Echo.
Past winners were Hazel Wolf K-8 School, Cornish Commons, Sunset Electric apartments, Paul G. Allen Center for Global Animal Health at WSU and Swedish/Issaquah Medical Center.
