Seattle Goodwill is moving ahead with plans to build a 45,000-square-foot office, jobs training and education building on its campus at Rainier Avenue South and South Dearborn Street.
The project comes in the wake of an abandoned effort to redevelop the 10-acre site with retail and 600 apartment and condo units. Dearborn Street Developers, a joint venture of Ravenhurst Development and TRF Pacific, shelved that $300 million project 18 months ago, citing the recession.
