Perkins, Sellen to build UW complex

SEATTLE — When Vulcan Real Estate developed a 266,000-square-foot office and laboratory complex for the University of Washington medical school in 2008, it must have liked the results.

The firm will use the much of the same design and construction team to build a new lab building for the university across the street, at Eighth Avenue North and Republican Street.
