Pedestrian plaza for Port Townsend

PORT TOWNSEND — Port Townsend is seeking construction bids for a piece of a $2.3 million phased project to build a pedestrian plaza between Quincy and Madison streets, along with other improvements.

The work is part of a plan to revitalize the city's historic district.
