Contractor needed for $16.5M Metro building

  • This is the final part of a $100 million expansion of the Atlantic/Central bus complex.

    The 43,000-square-foot LEED gold building will serve about 1,000 bus drivers. A vegetated trellis will cover the front of the building along Sixth Avenue.

    The King County Metro Transit Division is seeking a contractor to build the $16.5 million operations building for the Atlantic/Central Bus Base. This is the final part of a $100 million project that has been in the works for a decade.
