Mountlake Terrace to raze its city hall

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — The city of Mountlake Terrace is seeking bids for demolition of its city hall. Bids are due Monday.

The project includes hazardous material abatement, demolition of the building, vegetation removal, abandonment of utility connections, removal of pavements, site grading and seeding, and disposal of materials and debris. A public notice ran in the DJC on Nov. 9.
