Eastside tolling meetings this week

BELLEVUE — This week, the Washington State Department of Transportation will host two open houses to discuss possibly having express toll lanes on Interstate 405 and Highway 167.

They'll be Tuesday at Kent-Meridian High School, 10020 S.E. 256th St., Kent; and Thursday at Kirkland City Hall, 123 Fifth Ave. Both are from 4 to 7 p.m. Residents and drivers can give input and learn about the proposal.
