Cable barrier goes up near Lynden

LYNDEN, Whatcom County — Crews on Monday began installing cable median barrier along Guide Meridian between Bellingham and Lynden.

The barrier is expected to prevent crossover and T-bone collisions on the road also known as state Route 539.
