Ensemble Real Estate recently completed Auburn Medical Plaza II, a $12.9 million medical office building in downtown Auburn at 121 N. Division St.
The project includes a 41,300-square-foot medical building and a four-story, 304-stall parking garage located on the Auburn Regional Medical Center campus.
The medical building has a 55-foot-tall functional sundial etched on the southern exposure, adjacent to the steel-canopied pedestrian entrance on Division Street. The sundial's steel and concrete elements are echoed below in a concrete and glass sunburst pattern outside the lobby doors.
More than half of the three-story building will be occupied by Capital Oncology, a regional radiation and oncology practice. About 25 percent will be occupied by the Auburn Neurological Institute and a sleep center for Auburn Regional Medical Center. Tenant build-outs began last week.
TGBA Architects of Edmonds is the architect and BNBuilders of Seattle is the general contractor.
Lease rates are $28.50 per square foot, triple net. Two spaces of 5,138 and 5,428 square feet are available on the upper floors.
Ensemble is working with Bellevue-based Suhrco Management to lease the remaining space and to manage the property. Phoenix-based Ensemble is a health-care real estate company.
