Homicide charge in NY crane collapse

NEW YORK (AP) — The Manhattan district attorney's office says a contractor has been indicted on homicide charges in a crane collapse that killed seven people last year.

District Attorney Robert Morgenthau held a news conference yesterday to provide details on the indictment of William Rapetti.
