University Place to seek bids for plaza

UNIVERSITY PLACE — University Place is seeking bids for the construction of Market Square, an 18,000-square-foot pedestrian plaza.

The project also includes landscaping, 260 feet of roadway, storm drainage improvements, and street light and electrical installation.
