Ava condo/hotel to start in early 2008 at 8th, Pine

The hotel will have 190 rooms. The 213 condos will range in price from about $400,000 to $5 million.

Developers of the 39-story Ava condo/hotel at Eighth Avenue and Pine Street said they plan to start construction early next year.
