The Burj Khalifa is the first mixed-use building to be the “world’s tallest.”

It's official. The Burj Khalifa in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the world's tallest building, at 2,717 feet, as verified by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
