SEATTLE — The city's Department of Planning and Development is soliciting proposals from firms to prepare the environmental impact statement for the plan to increase building heights and density in the South Lake Union area.
Consultants should have experience on area-wide planning efforts, especially ones involving “urban form” modeling, traffic analysis and other technical studies for complex urban settings, according to the solicitation in today's DJC.
