Pre-design needed for Olympia offices

OLYMPIA — The state is looking for an architectural firm to develop a pre-design study for a general office building on the Capitol Campus in Olympia. Submittals must be received by July 15.

The 175,000-square-foot building will house multiple agency tenants. The pre-design study will provide conceptual site and building design and preliminary budget estimates for construction costs.
