City releases report on Mercer corridor project

  • There will be a public hearing about the project Tuesday, Jan. 13, at the South Lake Union Armory.

    The city of Seattle has released an environmental assessment for its controversial $201 million Mercer corridor project.

    Similar to an environmental impact statement, an environmental assessment is usually smaller in scope, but this one is more than 200 pages, not including nine appendices.
