ABC 2011 Excellence in Construction Awards
The Watts-DelHur joint venture won the top ABC Eagle of Excellence Award for its work on the Elwha water facilities project. The project was finished nearly a year ahead of schedule.

The Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Washington was expected to honor nine of its members' projects April 27 during its 2011 Excellence in Construction Awards program at the Bellevue Hilton.
The winner of the Eagle of Excellence Award, the top project, was the Elwha water facilities built by the joint venture of Watts-DelHur. The project also won the Public Works/Civil category.
Synergy Construction won three awards, the most of any member.
This year's judges included Jon Taylor and Ruta Patil of CollinsWoerman; Ken Boyd of Mithun; Chun Lau of DCI Engineers; Scott Rhodes of Rhodes Architecture; John Schaufelberger of the University of Washington; and Benjamin Minnick of the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce.
